DVD Review - Kick Ass 2

Seen the first?... Same thing! Haven't seen it?... Give it a go!

Another comic based fun action movie,

To start off I must say I've seen the first one and even read both comics and although much less violent, the movie stays true to the comic genre and is filled with the same gag's and wannabe - heroes that we've seen in the first film.

The problem with this movie is that it doesn't bring the element of any real novelty to the universe. Just a simple yet compelling story about fitting in on a society that is not really caring (or wanting) super-heroes. And they're not really super heroes because none of them has any really super powers.

Having said that... I liked it! Not the best but definitely not the worse for a fun relaxing saturday afternoon. Give it a go!
