The Division 1.8.2 - Nomad Classified Build
The name of this build almost says it all. If - like me - you're just one of those lonely solo casuals, you know that sometimes life in The Division gets a bit hard. You go into the Dark Zone and all you find is Rogues, you want to finish a mission but all your teammates keep dying, you just wanna free roam on a High Value Target but you just get surrounded by NPC's... Well, this build is just for such a player!
Intro
I could almost say you're unkillable with it, cause frankly you almost do not die, but of course I'm exaggerating a bit cause you can still get killed, however (believe me) you'll live a lot longer and everyone will have a tougher time taking you out! Not only that, with the amount of critical hits you'll deal, you'll get any enemies down fairly quickly. So, if dwelling solo is your thing, this is the build for you!
The Weapons
The House / Talents: Deadly + Responsive
▴ Loud Vent (CHD, CHC, HSD)
▴ Small Grip - Red (CHD, Stability, Reload Speed)
▴ Ext. Mag. (CHD, +5% RoF)▴ Loud Vent (CHD, CHC, HSD)
▴ Small Grip - Red (CHD, Stability, Reload Speed)
▴ Pro Red Dot Sight (CHC, CHD, HSD)
Bullfrog / Talents: Deadly + Responsive
▴ Omega Rifle Supressor (HSD, CHD, Stability)▴ Angle Grip (Accuracy, Stability, Optimal Range)
▴ Ext. Mag. (+5,5% RoF, CHD)
▴ C79 Scope (CHC, CHD, HSD)
Centurion / Talents: Expert + Harmful
Since I used this build (mostly) for PvE activities, the Bullfrog is a great asset as long as you can increase it's stability. However, if you're into PvP I suggest you change it to a Lightweight M4 with the same talents plus Unforgiving. Either way, it's gonna pack a mean punch when you use it!

Gear Mods
▸ 4x (+1% CHC Stamina) + 1x (+1% CHC Firearms)
▸ 4x (+5% Support Station Healing Speed)
Health isn't a major issue on the Nomad so you can focus your build on optimizing Critical Hit Damage and Critical Hit Chance. Since your main weapon should be The House, you'll have no problem taking out NPC's and deal major damage on other players.
▸ Immunizer + Recovery Link + Overdose
Talents
▸ Critical Save + Strike Back + On the Move + Precision / Combat Medic (if in a group)
Killing you will be already hard enough but if you use your skills wisely... it will be even harder!
Final Verdict
One of the most awesome builds in the game! If you have no other build and wanna go Solo on any activity the game offers you, this is the build to have. You'll live longer, kill faster and still be around to tell about it. Getting it now might be a bit hard but believe it's more than worth it. A must have on The Division!
Thanks for reading and I'll see you next build!
