The Division 1.8.1 - Sentry's Call Classified Build

Builds,

Ever since I started making these reviews/breakdowns there's been some builds I love, some are fun and some well... there not really specific to anything. However, there are some build who just work for a number of reasons and even if you change some of the Skills, they are still 100% effective. The Sentry's Call is one such build.

Intro

Although not completed suited for sniping, this build does have a lot of firepower and, if you manage to stack the marks on your enemies using headshots, you'll see that you can take out even major enemies with ease using it. The Sentry's Call is better suited for a mouse and keyboard control but, even with a controller, you can do major damage using this build.

The Weapons

Urban MDR / Talents: Deadly + Brutal
▴ Omega Rifle Suppressor (HSD, CHD, CHC)
▴ Angle Grip - Red (CHD, Optimal Range, Stability)
▴ Extended Mag (CHC, CHD)
▴ VX-1 Scope (HSD, CHD, Stability)

Paratrooper SVD / Talents: Toxic + Brutal + Disciplined
▴ Loud Vent (HSD, CHD, CHC)
▴ Angle Grip (CHD, Stability, Reload Speed)
▴ Extended Mag (+5%RoF, CHD)
▴ VX-1 Scope (HSD, CHC, Optimal Range)

Centurion / Talents: Expert + Harmful
▴ Ti-Rant Suppressor (CHD, CHC, Opt. Range)
▴ Ext. Mag (+4.5% RoF, CHD)

The MDR is primarily to make marks on targets (especially if you're closer to them, although this strategy is not always possible or recommended). As soon as you have 3 to 6 marks, you can switch to your Paratrooper for headshot damage. Believe me, if you are in a cover position and have a clear angle, even the harder NPC will go down in seconds.

Brutal on both weapons is a must since this build "forces" you to headshot enemies to stack damage.
The Gear

Body Armor
▴ Health + Enemy Armor Damage + Ammo Capacity
Mask
▴ Enemy Armor Damage + Damage to Elites
Kneepads
▴ Enemy Armor Damage + Damage to Elites + 2 Resistances
Backpack
▴ CHD + Ammo Capacity
Glove
▴ Enemy Armor Damage + CHD + Assault Rifle Damage (for MDR)
Holster
▴ CHC

Gear Mods

▸ 2x (+3% Skill Haste Stamina) + 3x (+3000 Health Firearms)
▸ 4x (+4% Sticky Bomb Damage) if using BFB or 4x (+6% Sticky Bomb Explosion Radius) if using Flasbang

As you can see, I favored PvE missions on this build. I can't really recommend it for PvP unless you're using a keyboard/Mouse in a group of friends that know what you're packing. The performance mods for the Sticky Bomb will depend on how experienced your team is but I always favor Damage over Disorient, so I mainly use BFB.

Skills

▸ Immunizer + Recovery Link + Sticky Bomb (BFB or Flashbang)

Talents

▸ Critical Save + Strike Back + Steady Hands + Chain Reaction (if using BFB) or Adrenaline/Precision (if using Flashbang)

Final Verdict

This is one the best PvE builds if you wanna take out pesky bosses or NPC's as fas as you can. It's  a wonderful feeling when you get to increase the marks on your target and then go for the headshot kills. If your team follows your lead on the targets you choose, Legendary missions are gonna be a lot easier believe me.  I found it as much fun and necessary as the Reclaimer in PvE events. Give it a go!

Thanks for your time and I'll see you next build agents!
