The Division 1.8.1 - Tactician Classified Build
Hey guys,
Here's my second attempt at a build review/breakdown for The Division. I have to say, I've quite enjoyed making these so far and (with your support) I'll try and make one for each classified build. Just bear with be and be a little patient, ok?
Intro
This build just blows everything out of the map entirely! Playing feels like being on those late 80's action movies where you just get to see everything blown up all the time! Legendary missions to High Value Targets to Underground if you already have a full tactician classified build set, you must give this a try. Lots of damage and also lot's of fun!
The Weapons
2x Lightweight M4 / Talents: Competent + Deadly + Capable and Brutal
▴ Omega Rifle Suppressor (HSD, CHD, Optimal Range)▴ Small Grip - Red (CHD, Accuracy, Stability)
▴ Extended Mag - (CHD, +5% Rate of fire)
▴ 552 Holosight and C79 Scope (CHD, Stability, Accuracy)
Centurion / Talents: Expert + Harmful
▴ Ti-Rant Suppressor (CHC, CHD, Optimal Range)▴ Extended Mag (CHD, +4.5% Rate of fire)
It's good to use two Lightweights M4 considering your firearms will be low and you won't have much time to reload weapons in-combat. This way, while you're swapping and using a skill, you'll still be able to produce major damage even on a "heavy" target.

▴ CHC + CHD + Enemy Armor Damage

Holster

Gear Mods
▸ 5x (+3000 Skill Power Electronics)
▸ 4x (+4%Seeker Mine Damage)
If you feel like you're having trouble taking down some of the major bosses on the game, just switch to some Firearms + Damage to Elites mods and you'll be fine. Sure, maybe your Sticky Bomb won't be so effective but your weapons will make up for any lack on skill damage.

Talents
▸ Critical Save + Strike Back + Steady Hands + Chain Reaction
Final Verdict
If you want to have fun and just keep blowing everything up on The Division you can't go wrong here. Not very recommended for Dark Zone or Incursions where you need to have your health up but, for everything else, this one a complete demolition expert master piece. Try it and tell me what you think.
